Follow these simple steps to reset the password

Step 1: Click on the ‘Login’ button located on the MostPlay homepage and select ‘Forget Password’

Step 2: Choose your preferred method to reset your password.

• For email-based password reset, input your username and the verified email address linked to your MostPlay account. Click “Reset Password” and log in to check your email for a randomly generated password. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
• To reset your password via SMS, provide your username and verified phone number associated with your MostPlay account. Click “Reset Password” and you will receive a notification that your password has been changed. Check your phone for a randomly generated password.

Step 3: Login to your account using the new Randomly password. To ensure account security, create a random password with your preferred password. Enter random password and then input your new password. Click on ‘Submit’.

Note:

• If an SMS reset password is requested, it is necessary to wait 72 hours before trying again.
• Login within 15 minutes of receiving a new random password to avoid expiration.
• Password reset via SMS will not affect email-based password reset requests. If the SMS reset fails, an email reset can be requested.
• If both SMS and email resets prove challenging, contact our 24/7 customer support for assistance. Our team will manually verify and reset the password for you.
