Here’s a simple step-by-step instruction on how to deposit through UPI:

1. Login into your MostPlay account and select “deposit”.
2. Once you’re in the deposit page, click on deposit and select the “UPI” payment method.
3. After entering the deposit amount of your choice, continue by clicking on “submit”.
4. When you deposit the money, make sure you get the “UPI ID” given.
5. Once you’ve gotten the “UPI ID”, head to the UPI app or website to make a transfer.
6. Head back to the deposit page and enter the 12 digit reference number given by UPI.
7. Once it’s done, click on the “submit” button to complete the deposit process.

Do note that if the deposit page is mistakenly refreshed before/while you are entering the transaction ref no, contact us using the livechat feature. You will only need to submit your transaction slip and relevant instructions given from our agents to retrieve the amount.
